I have been a participant in this Tai Chi class since its inception over two years ago and have always enjoyed it. Rees is not only a committed and experienced practitioner of Tai Chi but is also able to teach and enthuse others to develop their own skills in it. He demonstrates and explains very clearly, is always patient and encouraging, and does not push his students beyond their limits. He can include absolute beginners and those with some experience in his class and maintain motivation for them all. He is always very caring of his students and praises any effort without lowering his own standard of mastery. I would thoroughly recommend his classes to anyone interested in learning this ‘meditation in motion’ form of martial art.

I have wanted to learn Tai Chi for some time....and delighted to find Tai Chi was one of the activities available to join. ......Rees was the teacher and instructor of Tai Chi and also Qi Gong. Rees has helped us all participated regardless of our physically abilities, there by helping us to improve our balance, movement flexibility and  breathing...

Rees's style of teaching is easy to follow and enjoyable to participate in. The instructions that he gives are taught in small increments which are expanded on when mastered. The class to participate to their ability without the pressure to achieve perfection.
